WHO CAN ATTEND

The PLAT 2024 conference will bring educators, researchers and educational leaders together to share and explore best practices, research and evidence in teaching psychology. This conference encourages attendance and presentations from:

• Academics: Educators working in high schools, colleges and higher education institutions across the globe who teach psychology courses. 

• Researchers and Practitioners, including educational developers, learning design specialists, educational psychologists and professionals working with teaching, learning and assessment centres 

• Research Scholars and Masters Students: Psychology students who engaged in research on psychology education as presenters, attendees, or both to balance viewpoints between teaching and learning counterparts and stimulate a constructive dialogue. Research scholars who aim to pursue a career in academia are encouraged to attend the conference. 

• Policymakers, administrators and educational leaders

 All are welcome to attend the conference. Please note that making presentation is not mandatory to attend the conference.

• All the registration fees are inclusive of all taxes. 

• There will be NO option of ON-THE-SPOT registration 

• The registration fee includes, in addition to the Conference materials (folder, official program and pen), three lunches (3 conference days) and two coffee breaks per day.

• The registration fee is NOT refundable 

• Registration is compulsory for any person attending the conference.

• Only registering authors will be eligible for certificates.

• *The accompanying person will not receive a certificate and conference kit. They can attend conference sessions and meals

• The registration fee does not include accommodation. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and payment. 

• The limited rooms are available at the University Guest House and Hostel at additional payment, which would be given based on first-cum-first serve basis. If you require accommodation please send an email request to iplat.conference@christuniversity.in

• Select Asia-PLAT 2024 (your respective category) and press Continue

• Fill in all the details asked and press Continue

• Select the Payment option

• Complete the payment procedure

• Please note the Transaction ID No and Date of transaction for future reference

All registrations are regarded as complete, only having made the full payment prior to the Conference.

• Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least two weeks prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.

• The registration fee is not refundable

• Consent to use photographic, video and audio recordings

University official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference. The photographs, videos, and audio recordings will be used for Conference-related activities included in the promotional material, in both print and electronic format, including on the Internet via website and Social media for Conference purpose only.
